Blender required for prep.

Ingredients
1 cup cashew nuts grounded 3/4 cup almonds grounded 1/2 cup dates blitzed
2 tblsp chia
3 tblsp cocoa powder
2 tblsp coconut oil melted 1 tblsp honey melted

For Decoration
2 cups desiccated coconut 1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tblsp orange & lemon zest

Method
1.Combine the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
2.Add the melted coconut oil, honey and mix well.
3.Divide the dough into small balls & roll them in the desiccated coconut Lay out on a tray and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

To serve sprinkle with cinnamon & zest!
These tasty treats can be made in advance and frozen ready for your festive holiday!
