BOSS June Favourites

Bringing in the first signs of summer, June has allowed us to crack open the windows at BOSS HQ and feel some actual sunshine streaming through them! Find out what else the team have been raving about this month.

Jennifer, Accountant
This month I’m definitely summer dreaming! I’m counting down the days to a long girly weekend in Jersey and then two weeks in Orlando and Miami.  Obviously I’m after that killer beach-body beforehand – I’m hoping a two week stint in the gym will work (it will right?!). I’m joining this week and my plan is to spin my life away every morning at 6:30am.

Joe, Scouting & Development
I’m slightly in love with white trainers for the summer, especially Stan Smiths.

Rhiannon, Casting Booker
I’ve been listening to some summer tunes and getting in the mood for my holiday next month! I’m imagining myself on the beach, sunbathing and drinking cocktails! I’m also looking forward to a spa weekend away next Friday too – it’s my first time at a Spa, so I can’t wait. I also loved that I got to attend The Soap Awards and was lucky enough to get tickets to One Love Manchester, which was a real privilege to be a part of. I’m also going to see Take That this weekend – a band I’ve ALWAYS wanted to see live (although it’s a shame Robbie won’t be there).

Robyn, Model Booker
My focus this June is to get in shape for my girls holiday to Palma on the 3rd of August. I recently went to see Baywatch at the cinema and absolutely fell in love with CJ (Kelly Rohrbach). Her figure is total bod-spiration! So much so that I have bought a red swimsuit as my holiday goal. Seven weeks and counting!

Gareth, Head Booker
June is all about Rugby! The British & Irish Lions are touring New Zealand and England are touring Argentina, so it’s a double dose of Rugby which I’m loving. At the moment I’ve been listening to the Maccabees. They play their last ever tour this June, so I’ve been looking forward to the final gig at The Apollo.

Paddy, Agency Assistant
This month I’m looking forward to seeing The Stone Roses at Wembley, which apparently will be their biggest ever gig. Frank Ocean is on my June playlist – he was brilliant at Parklife!

Olivia, Junior Division Booker
I am all about these warmer climates: long, light nights and al fresco dining – who doesn’t love BBQ brunching? I am such a summer bunny: that tanned glow is everything! I have been taking every opportunity at the weekend to soak up the sun in my garden. Much to everyone’s shock in the office, I will actually sport a bikini in the UK, but who’s laughing now hey? Tan on FLEEK!

Two words: LOVE ISLAND. My week nights have officially been taken over! Daily office gossip will centre around this for the coming weeks.

I also have serious holiday envy witnessing everyone’s fab photos on social media, I need to get something booked pronto! Break needed, beach needed.

Sadie, Front of House
I am looking forward to the sunny vibes! As much as I can’t really handle the heat, it does make everything that little bit nicer! And it gives me an excuse to add to my sunglasses collection. This year I’m still dreaming of the finding the ultimate leopard print cat eye pair.

Tristan, Junior Model Booker
This month I’ve been listening to BOSS model Hollie Louise’s brother Ajmw on Spotify after a shout out she gave him on social media. So my song this month will be AtumRa by Ajmw. As for what I’m loving this month, I just adore the late night and early morning light. The days are so long and it’s great to go out for a late night run (and probably an early morning one too but I just can’t get myself out of bed for those!)

Debs, Managing Director & Founder
I love June: everything is in flower, the garden is a jungle, the horses are out all night (not so much mucking out to do) and we will be adventuring in our 38 year old camper van to some far flung corners of the UK – hoorah! Luckily we have a fridge on board to take care of the Prosecco…

Alex, Social Media Coordinator
June is about one thing and one thing only: GLASTONBURY. I’ve been heading to Worthy Farm since I was about 16 and it is always the best week of my year by far. Everybody in the office is absolutely bored of me talking about it but I can’t wait to get my wellies out. Get me in a field with a falafel and a cider ASAP!
