Classic Gin Martini 
You need:
1 mixing Glass
A scoop of Ice
A long bar spoon or something to stir with
A Martini glass
50ml of good gin
Dry Vermouth
Olives (or lemon zest)
1. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
2. Pour in 50ml of gin
3. Add 10ml of Dry Vermouth (add less if you like your Martini extra dry)
4. Stir
5. Strain into an ice cold Martini glass
6.Garnish with olive or lemon zest
French Martini twist
You will need:
A Martini glass (put this in the freezer for 3 – 4 hours before you start the recipe until it is frosty)
35ml Cariel Vanilla Vodka
25ml Lejay Cassis
35 ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 rose petal
1. Add the ingredients together in a mixing glass
2. Shake it!
3. Strain through a sieve
4. Pour into your ice cold Martini glass
5. Garnish with a rose petal if you’re feeling fancy
