Winter Skincare with Donnette Lathbury

This time of year can be tough on our skin, one minute you are outside braving the elements next minute you are in a drying air con environment.
Your Skin Care regime should be stepped up a little heading into the Winter Months.
Firstly prep Skin with a Gentle Exfoliation once a week, getting it ready to receive all those gorgeous products you are going to be putting on it.

Hylaronic acid
Not as scary as it sounds, this actually draws moisture to your skin and help to absorb your favourite Skincare products. Great under your regular moisturiser. For all skin types, just apply where your skin needs it. It’s all about finding your own skin prescription.

I’m personally a big fan of oils for the face. Those with oiler complexions should not be afraid to use them. Your skin will absorb what it needs.

There are also lots of affordable oils out there, The Ordinary does several.
This skin ‘hero’ can be used anywhere that needs a little more help.

It rebalances your entire body putting essential salts back into your skin without any artificial products.
And last but not least don’t forget your lips. Getting them ready for puckering up under the Mistletoe!
